This adapter fits all 1/2"-32 threaded barrels ( commonly found on 338 Ruger Guide Guns ). When installed allows the use of all 11/16"-24 threaded barrel devises or accessories ( commonly found on 45 Cal. Rifles ). To install it, all you have to do is unscrew your 1/2"-32 barrel cap, break or other devise/accessory and then replace it with this adapter which will give you a 11/16"-24 male thread on the end of the barrel. You are now ready to attach any muzzle devise/accessories that fits the 11/16"-24 threaded barrel that is commonly used on Large Bore guns. ALWAYS VERIFY YOUR MUZZLE DEVICE IS RATED FOR THE CALIBER YOU INTEND TO SHOOT. Adapter is High Quality 4140 Steel with Black Oxide Finish.
